Terms of Use

1. The service

Markish Box is a white-label platform available on web, mobile and tablet. It lets a box or fitness brand manage members, memberships, classes, bookings, attendance, programming and progress under its own identity.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the service. You agree to provide truthful information, to keep your password or access secure and to tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for what happens from your account.

Depending on your role (brand owner, box administrator, coach, front desk or member), you will have access to different features.

3. Boxes and members

Each box is responsible for the data and content it loads, for having the right to use it and for telling its members how it handles it. The relationship between a member and their box, including the fees and memberships paid between them, is independent of Markish Tech.

4. Plans, prices and payments

The first month is free. After that you are charged according to the plan you choose: monthly, semiannual or annual. Published prices are in Argentine pesos (AR$).

The Founder price is available to the first 10 boxes and is a lifetime discount on the current price of their plan. The price stays frozen for the period contracted.

The monthly plan has no minimum commitment. The cancellation and refund terms of the semiannual and annual plans are given when you sign up for them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
• Try to access accounts, data or systems without authorization.
• Interfere with how the platform works or overload it.
• Copy, decompile or reverse engineer the service.
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive or that you have no right to share.

6. Intellectual property

Markish, Markish Box and their software, design and trademarks belong to Markish Tech. These terms do not give you any right over them other than the right to use the service.

Each box keeps ownership of its brand and of the content it loads, and authorizes us to display and process it to provide the service.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this site.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. We may carry out maintenance and update or change features.

9. Health and training

Markish Box is a management tool. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace the guidance of a health professional. Training decisions are the responsibility of each person and their box.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markish Tech is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the service, or for content loaded by boxes or users.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the security of the platform or of other people at risk.

12. Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms. We will publish the current version on this page, with its update date. If you keep using the service after a change, we understand that you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that country.
